Pathways Employment Help Centre has an available position for a skilled Administrative Assistant. In this role you will complete data entry into a variety of different databases and provide customer service support to our teams and our clients.
You have intermediate ability to work with Microsoft Office Suite. You type at least 50 wpm with good accuracy. You are known for your organization, detail orientation and accuracy. You have a reputation as a willing, enthusiastic and supportive team member.
You will be part of a committed administrative team and provide backup support to reception and other administrative responsibilities. If you have worked with CaMS or Web Tracker you will have a head start.
