This role involves a range of responsibilities from organizing data to integrating advanced technology solutions, alongside front desk management. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior management and tech support to enhance our data management and information systems.Key Responsibilities:Gather and organize pertinent information and data logically and functionally.Consult with staff and senior management to determine essential data for system inclusion.Optimize ways to organize and store data effectively.Implement and revise internal file storage protocols.Establish and document organizational processes for data storage.Train staff on new data processes.Review and enhance data security measures.Collaborate with tech support to automate information retrieval and integrate AI processes.Develop and incorporate fillable forms into the data storage system.Create and manage data visualizations.Archive outdated data and synthesize related datasets.Explore opportunities to improve efficiencies while maintaining data integrity.Collect, analyze, and utilize data to identify patterns, trends, and insights.Prepare data reports for organizational use.Participate in team meetings and provide regular updates and reports.Skills Development:Adaptability: Learn to adjust goals and behaviors in response to changing circumstances.Collaboration: Enhance ability to support team members and contribute to common goals.Communication: Improve skills in information exchange, both verbally and through digital communication.Creativity and Innovation: Develop the ability to propose novel ideas and encourage new methods.Digital Skills: Gain proficiency in using digital tools for data management and analysis.Numeracy: Enhance ability to understand and apply mathematical and statistical information.Problem-solving: Strengthen decision-making abilities and solution-oriented thinking.Technical skills: Develop practical skills related to data architecture and information system management.Cultural and Diversity Sensitivity, Leadership Skills: Build capacity to lead diverse teams and foster inclusive environments.Required Language:EnglishSupervision and Mentoring:The Data Architect will be directly supervised by the Programs Director, receiving both guidance and mentorship throughout the placement.
