Note: This is a full-time Support position (35 hours per week).
Duties: Under the supervision of the Director, Library Learning Commons, and in conjunction with the Student Services leaders and managers and staff in Student Services, as appropriate, the incumbent provides guidance, technical leadership and assistance to the staff and students in Student Services in the use of the College’s Learning Management System and related technologies. In addition, the incumbent will assist staff in the design, creation, implementation delivery and support of eLearning, technological, and digital fluency-related activities and initiatives including web-enhanced learning, hybrid applications, Web tools, online learning and teaching environments, etc. The incumbent Identifies research and evaluates the potential of emerging learning technologies to aid the learning process. They would conduct pilot projects for new technologies with staff.
