Position: Finance/Office Assistant

Term: Permanent Full-Time

Division: Social Services/Oneida Family Healing Lodge

Salary: Competitive salary range

Hours: 35 hours/week, 8:30a.m. – 4:30p.m., Monday – Friday

JOB SUMMARY:

Reporting to the OFHL Operations Supervisor, the Finance/Office Assistant provides financial recordkeeping and administrative support with efficiency and accuracy for the Oneida Family Healing Lodge. Responsible to maintain accurate financial records by checking postings, calculations, and data entry for the Oneida Family Healing Lodge budgets.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent;
  2. Post-secondary diploma in Office Administration or related field (deemed relevant by the interview panel), preferred;
  3. Minimum 1-year employment experience in a finance/bookkeeping capacity, required;
  4. Proficient computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Sage.
