What Opportunity Awaits?

Libro is on the quest for a passionately accountable Financial Service Assistant – Wealth (FSA) supporting our wealth teams across Libro.

The FSA assists our wealth team by providing customer/Owner and administrative support. Their focus will be on the accurate and detailed processing of information, forms, and documents. The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge relating to mutual funds and other investment products and services. The FSA – Wealth will also be responsible for working closely with all team members to identify and refer opportunities within all segments

This position is eligible for Libro’s work from home program. Successful candidates should be located within Libro’s service area in southwestern Ontario.

What you will do – The Epic Human we are looking for will;

  • Provide proactive service follow up to appropriately fulfill Owner needs and expectations.
  • Identify Owner cues and refer opportunities to appropriate specialists in order to match the right expertise to the Owner’s identified need(s).
  • Develop collaborative relationships with internal teams & business segments to effectively service Libro’s Owners and grow business.
  • Participate in promotions and location campaigns to build Libro’s brand.
  • Work with their Libro Coach to identify activities and set goals to support business plan success.
  • Provide regional teams with wealth sales support including documentation, appointment preparation and reports to allow sales team to focus on proactive activity.
  • Comply with established Libro & regulatory policies, procedures & processes to effectively and accurately serve Owner’s needs
  • Make smart risk decisions that protect our Owners & Libro.
  • Have 1 – 3 years’ experience in a customer service environment.
