**This position is eligible for flexible work arrangements including a combination of remote and in-office work, with office locations in London, Essex and Caledonia.

The Epic Human we are looking for will;

  • Effectively apply proactive advice-based selling with all Owner’s interactions including inbound calls, outbound relationship-building calls, and Email/SMS.
  • Support effective sales management practices as part of Libro’s sales and service delivery team.
  • Assist branch sales team by ensuring all opportunities are identified and developed to ensure a full financial relationship with Owners.
  • Ask for the business.
  • Provide general financial coaching, identify opportunities for referrals, and make recommendations based on risk and Libro policy.
  • Answer inquiries and identify opportunities for future contact, follow-up and increasing depth of Owner relationship.
  • Participate in community events as applicable with the goal of business development and brand building.
