Note: This is a full-time Administrative position (37.5 hours per week).

Duties: Reporting to the Executive Director, Business Development & Strategic Support, the Manager, Strategic Enterprise Solutions (SES) is responsible for project support required to support College-wide initiatives and strategies. The incumbent oversees a Strategic Enterprise Solutions department responsible for strategic planning and implementation, project management, and academic reporting (program health, Strategic Mandate Agreement (SMA) metrics, Board of Governors reporting); business process review; enterprise risk and opportunity assessment; business case development; advanced research, data analysis, and evaluation.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master’s degree with strong advanced research component required to supervise senior research staff in advanced research techniques, predictive modeling, and advanced business intelligence
  • PhD/Doctoral degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 years’ progressive experience working in a business solutions environment
  • An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered; preference will be given to applicants meeting the education requirements
  • Advanced SPSS knowledge
  • Experience in project management
  • Experience in statistics, research, evaluation, analytical techniques, strategic planning and execution
  • Ability to lead teams
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate across departmental teams
