Successful candidates will be required to perform work within Ontario and must be available to work on campus, as required. Hybrid Work Schedule: Weekly requirement of one office day plus as required for face-to-face workshops/events. Note: This is a full-time Administrative position (37.5 hours per week).What you will be doing:Are you enthusiastic about driving organizational success and fostering a culture of continuous improvement? Join our dynamic team as an Organizational Development (OD) Consultant. Focused on Team and Leadership development, you will collaborate with various academic and administrative areas across Fanshawe College to assess, design, develop, implement, and evaluate targeted development programs. How will you do this:Facilitate workshops, meetings, and group discussionsDiagnose organizational issues to design and deliver appropriate OD and interventionsDevelop and implement customized interventions, such as team building activities, leadership development programs and process optimization projectsMaintain currency with the latest trends, best practices, and research in ODCollaborate with senior leaders to build and maintain effective consulting relationshipsCoach leaders and teams towards achieving the College’s strategic goals and outcomes

Experience and Qualifications

The Ideal Candidate:Minimum 5 years’ experience in leadership, preferably in a leadership development capacityBachelor’s degree in organizational development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)Proven record in leading complex organization wide projects and initiatives.Exceptional analytical, problem solving and project management abilities.Outstanding communication and people skills, with the ability to influence and engage collaborators at all levels.Keen understanding of leadership principles and experience in designing leadership development programs.Expert knowledge of and experience in application of adult teaching/learningCoaching Certification or Crucial Conversations an assetWhile transcripts are not required for the interview, they are mandatory prior to any offer of employment.
