Nimkee Nupigawagan Healing Centre is seeking a highly organized and intuitive Office Assistant to support day-to-day administrative and front-office operations in a people-centred, culturally grounded workplace. This full-time role up to 37.5 hours/week) supports staff, leadership, and visitors through strong administrative skills, digital literacy, and relational communication.
The Office Assistant will be responsible for document preparation, data entry and record management, scheduling, mail handling, office supply management, and reception duties. The role requires confidence with modern office technology (Microsoft Office, Outlook, digital filing systems, phones, and video conferencing and the ability to independently problem-solve, anticipate needs, and manage multiple communication channels, like preparing minutes.
This position is well-suited to someone who is detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to balance technology with respectful, relationship-based communication. Employees are expected to actively participate in Indigenous cultural and ceremonial practices as part of Nimkee’s holistic healing environment.
