The Community Engagement Coordinator plays a key role in supporting Western Fair District’s community initiatives. From volunteer programs to signature activities like the Annual Western Fair, you will assist in delivering programs that enhance relationships, elevate guest experiences, and strengthen WFD’s community impact.
Western Fair District is a leading year-round, not-for-profit agri-food organization dedicated to celebrating community and agriculture. Through modern facilities, signature events, and strong partnerships, we create experiences that connect and enrich our region.

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week), typically Monday to Friday. Because we produce live events and community experiences, flexibility is essential. Some evening and weekend work is required, particularly during major events such as the Annual Fair.
Successful applicants will be required to complete a background check, which may include (but is not limited to) a criminal record check and reference check.
