Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30a.m. to 4:30p.m., must be flexible to align work schedule with program requirements which will include some evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays

JOB SUMMARY:
The Community Well-Being Lead plays a key role in promoting healthy, safe, and culturally relevant experiences for families through collaborative planning and coordination of community activities. Working closely with Community and Social Services programs, this position focuses on prevention-based initiatives that support family health and well-being. Responsibilities include organizing inclusive events, leading activities during family dining programs, managing registrations, and coordinating monthly schedules. This position will also plan and execute large-scale community events, ensuring equitable participation for all community members.
