Position: Custodian                                              Term: Permanent Part-Time, 11-month position, September to July (inclusive)Department: Standing Stone School                       Salary: Competitive salary rangeHours: 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 3:00p.m. to 9:00p.m. Posting Date: August 27, 2024                                                                                         Closing Date: September 9, 2024 at 4:30p.m. JOB SUMMARY:   Oneida Nation of the Thames is a First Nations Settlement located near the City of London, Ontario. Standing Stone School offers FDK through Grade 6 programming for approximately 190 students.Reporting to the Principal of Standing Stone School, the Custodian is responsible for performing custodial duties, minor maintenance, and other miscellaneous duties to ensure Standing Stone School building and facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe, and sanitary manner.

Experience and Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:Grade 12 Diploma or Previous employment experience in a custodial capacity.Must be able to perform the essential physical duties of the position which may include lifting, pushing, pulling, kneeling, stairs/ladder climbing, and operating motorized equipment.
