Note: This is a full-time Administrative position (37.5 hours per week).
Under the general direction of the Dean of Students, the Manager, Off-Campus Housing, is responsible for providing leadership, regular consultation, supervision, and direction to the Off-Campus Housing portfolio.
The incumbent supports the day-to-day operations of the off-campus housing listing site and collaborates with local city officials and media to raise awareness among students and residents about rental opportunities for Fanshawe students. This role ensures that students seeking off-campus accommodation receive the necessary assistance and that housing listings throughout the city of London are maintained.
To maintain respectful neighbourhood relationships, the Manager designs and delivers educational programs and materials. Additionally, the incumbent provides neutral third-party assistance to facilitate problem-solving processes and activities that lead to satisfactory resolutions of neighbourhood and citizen challenges and concerns.
