Note: This is a full-time Administrative position (37.5 hours per week).
Duties: Under the general direction of the Director, Athletics and Recreation, the Manager, Recreation, is responsible for the creation, integration and ongoing delivery of College-wide high-quality recreation programs, services, facilities and opportunities that promote the fitness, health and wellbeing of students, staff and the community. The incumbent is responsible for the operational leadership and development of a dedicated professional team that takes a student-centered approach to the operation of the recreation department, including implementation and contributing to the maintenance of a strategic plan with a focus on student opportunities that augment their collegial experience; opportunities supporting academic success, enhancing employability skills, and lifelong personal wellbeing.
